About YuSleep
No lab coats, no miracle claims — just a nighttime formula we actually wanted to take, made the way we wish someone had made it for us first.
YuSleep didn't start in a boardroom. It started the way most sleep stories start — lying awake, phone brightness turned all the way down, doing math on how many hours were left before the alarm.
We'd tried the usual list. Blackout curtains. No caffeine after noon. A sleep app that judged us in the morning. Some of it helped a little. None of it fixed the actual problem, which was that winding down felt like one more task on an already long day.
So we went looking for a supplement that felt like it was built for that — something simple enough to become a habit, not another five-step routine. We didn't love what we found. Capsules with a single ingredient and a big promise. Blends so loaded with filler that the "sleep support" felt like an afterthought. Products that asked us to trust a label instead of showing us one.
YuSleep is what we made instead.
We picked a liquid format first, for a boring but honest reason: it's easier to actually use every night. No pill to remember, no water needed, no capsule sitting untouched in a drawer by week two. Two droppers, about 30 minutes before bed. That's the whole routine.
For what goes inside, we didn't want to build around one flashy ingredient and call it a day. We built around a small, deliberate list — melatonin at a modest 0.9 mg, magnesium glycinate, L-theanine, GABA, lemon balm, apigenin, 5-HTP, red tart cherry extract, and vitamins B6 and B2 — chosen because each one plays a different, complementary role in a nighttime routine rather than all doing the same job.
We kept the melatonin dose modest on purpose. The goal was never to knock you out — it was to give your body a nudge in the right direction and let the rest of the formula, and your own routine, do the rest.
We're a small team, which means fewer meetings about the formula and more time actually working on it. Product decisions get made by people who use the product, not by a committee three steps removed from the bottle.
Every batch is produced under Good Manufacturing Practice standards, start to finish.
No proprietary blends hiding amounts. If it's in the bottle, it's on the Supplement Facts panel.
Questions about an order, a formula detail, or a return get a real reply — not a bot loop.
We'd rather tell you what we've deliberately avoided than pile on more adjectives about what we've done.
A lot of what we spend time on never shows up in an ad. Sourcing ingredients from suppliers we've actually vetted. Rewriting the label copy until it's accurate instead of just impressive-sounding. Testing dropper sizes so "two droppers" is actually a consistent, repeatable serving and not a guess.
None of that is glamorous. It's also the part of the job that actually matters once the bottle is in your hands and it's 10:47 PM.
If you try YuSleep and it isn't for you, we don't want to keep your money over it. Eligible orders come with a 60-day window to decide — plenty of time to actually build it into your routine and see how it fits, not just crack the seal once and second-guess yourself.
As with any supplement, individual results vary, and YuSleep isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you're pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, or taking medication, talk to a healthcare professional before adding anything new to your routine — including this one.
Question about the formula, an order, or just want to tell us your bedtime routine is a mess? We'd genuinely like to hear it.
Two droppers. Thirty minutes before bed. That's the whole routine we built YuSleep around.
