The Formula
Every ingredient in YuSleep is listed by name and amount — no "proprietary formula" hiding how little of something you're actually getting.
Quick Reference
If you just want the names, here's every ingredient in one place. Keep scrolling if you want the "why."
Job One
Melatonin, 5-HTP, and red tart cherry extract all sit in the same lane: your body's natural sleep-wake signaling.
Melatonin is the one most people already know — a hormone your body produces more of as light fades in the evening. We deliberately kept the dose modest at 0.9 mg. A lot of sleep products lean on a high melatonin number to make the label look more impressive. We didn't want YuSleep to be one of them, because more isn't automatically better here — it's just a bigger dose of the same nudge.
5-HTP sits one step earlier in the same general pathway, tied to the body's serotonin production. Red tart cherry extract works differently — it's a whole-fruit ingredient that happens to naturally contain trace melatonin of its own, which is part of why it shows up in nighttime formulas that want a food-based ingredient alongside the more concentrated ones.
Together, this trio is doing the most direct work toward "it's night now" — without asking one ingredient to carry the whole formula.
Job Two
L-theanine, GABA, lemon balm, and apigenin handle a different job: helping your mind actually slow down, not just telling your body it's bedtime.
L-theanine is an amino acid best known from tea leaves — it's associated with a calm, clear-headed state rather than drowsiness on its own, which is exactly why it's rarely used alone. We paired it with GABA, a neurotransmitter your nervous system already produces and relies on to dial things down.
Lemon balm and apigenin round this group out with plant-based support. Lemon balm has a long history as an evening tea; apigenin is the flavonoid that gives chamomile its reputation. Neither is a new discovery — we just didn't see a reason to reinvent ingredients that already have a track record in nighttime routines.
If the "set the signal" group tells your body what time it is, this group is working on the racing-thoughts part of a bad night.
Job Three
Magnesium glycinate and vitamins B6 and B2 aren't the headline of YuSleep, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. They're the supporting nutrients that make the rest of the formula make sense.
Magnesium plays a role in nervous system and muscle function, and a lot of adults don't consistently hit their daily intake through food alone. We chose the glycinate form specifically because it's generally easier on the stomach than some other common forms — a small detail, but one that matters if you're taking it every night.
B6 and B2 are everyday nutrients involved in normal energy metabolism. They're not doing anything dramatic here — they're doing what supporting nutrients are supposed to do, which is fill in gaps without needing credit for it.
No Fine Print Games
A lot of supplement labels use a "proprietary blend" line to avoid telling you how much of anything is actually in the bottle. We don't do that.
No umbrella blend names covering up what's actually inside.
The current Supplement Facts panel lists per-serving amounts, not vague ranges.
Two droppers is a consistent, repeatable amount — not a rough guess each night.
Every batch is produced to Good Manufacturing Practice standards.
